"Visited on a Thursday evening in October. We arrived to a friendly greeting and placed our order with a very helpful lady. The place was clean, tidy and comfortable. The food arrived quickly and cooked to order. Haddock and chips and battered sausage and chips. Without exception the food was excellent, the batter light and crispy and the chips as good as it gets. We cleared our plates and were surprised to get all this for less than £20. Have no hesitation in recommending this place to everyone."

"Lovely little dog friendly cafe. Such a varied menu, breakfasts, ice cream, seafood, lunches and a chip shop all in one! Happy, friendly staff and great service. The fish and chips were freshly cooked to order and were delicious and a great price. Highly recommended"

"Came here for a Gluten free cod chips beans & chips cheese & curry . Lovely food , decent portions AND propper melted cheddar, not the usual mozzarella analogue crap. If I didn't live 3 hrs away I'd come twice a week. God bless ya for keeping my missus happy.,( usually takes me ages,) , you did it it half an hour . It is out-of season so we were on our own so atmosphere is blank however I would sincerely recommend this chippy/cafe because it deserves it xxx"

"This place is so lovely and food quality was great! I'm very badly allergic to gluten and that was the best gluten free fish and chips I've had for ages. And absolutely safe to eat. 100% recommend it!"

"A lovely little tearoom. Service was quick and friendly. My husband had fish, chips and mushy peas (i wasnt hungry) and we both had a cup of tea. My husband enjoyed the food. It cost approximately £15.00. Our little dog was made welcome and a bowl of water was provided. There is an toilet at the rear of the cafe, which was clean and accessible. We would eat here again."
